Every year has a theme to show the direction, change the direction, from previous years. It reflects the goals that I bring to coaching, to my sport and to my life. It’s a way to make use of the theory of change, defined as ‘a diagram or written description of the strategies, actions, conditions and resources that facilitate change and achieve outcomes’. Without having a strictly defined model, rather a theme to portray the process through the year, this year incase it hasn’t been guessed, is ‘what’s strong with you!’
And that’s what’s strong with me, day 8.
